Fiber cement board (or fibercement) mainly contains cellulose fibres, silica and portland cement. Fibercement sheets being produced by autoclave method, particularly in the form of a flat plate to be used as internal and external cladding material and began to put on the market as having a different surface appearance.

The most popular cladding material (fibercement) has got many textureds like wood, natural stone, brick, walnut tree, mixed stone, wood grooved, stone mansory ect.

Fiber cement board does not contain anything harmful to the environment and on human health. It has not got gas-emission, tie in with climatic conditions or in time. Fiber cement siding is quite durable due to ingredients. The boards are produced under the high pressure and high temperature during the autoclave operation. It does not effected by ultraviolet light. Fiber cement board resists to chemicals as well with out decalcifiers. Especially, it is very durable to alkalies. Seasonal variation are not important parameter for fiber cement boards in any places of entire world.

Expansion ratio is the lowest level more than similar products. The facade boards definitely does not efected by water. It can use as perfect solutions for building which has got this kind of problems. Their water absorption ratio is lower than reinforced concrete building. Actually fiber cement board are not in esence insulator material in single-handed however the boards provide fantastic heat insulation and sound insulation.

Fiber cement board is fireproof. It has got A1 certificate which can valid in international markets. During the A1 test, observed and established that fiber cement board could resist to fire for 120 minutes. Board density is approx 1300 – 1500 kg/m. An average of 10mm cladding fibercement are used in thickness. However, instead of plaster it was fibercement, in that case we would need 30 – 40mm parget. And sould not to forget that parget shelf weight is 2000 kg/m. Fibercement is lighter than plaster cladding . In plastered building work negligible in terms of the risk of earthquakes leads to weight gain . Only for thermal insulation made of 2 layers of plaster jacketing process is performed and ultimately covering more than fibercement load from the front.
